Our search criteria are as follows:

Cities and towns > 50,000 inhabitants -
Visibility from a main road along a city or main road to or through the center, adjacent to or in a residential area

Easily accessible from a main road

Floor load capacity of 5KN/m²

Building size approximately 2,000 to 5,000 m²

Clear height requirement varies with building size; 1,500 m² prefers 10m clear height, while 5,000 m² needs 3m clear height
