About the Virtual District
Within the Virtual District, as an Assistant Store Manager, you remotely manage multiple 1BOX branches. From our Amsterdam office, you act as the first point of contact for customers, guide the entire rental process, and ensure that all administrative and commercial processes run smoothly.
What you will do:
- Advise customers by phone and digitally, and follow up on leads
- Remotely coordinate tours and rent out storage units
- Prepare quotes, handle customer inquiries, and provide follow-up
- Support accounts receivable management, payments, and inventory administration
- Proactively contribute ideas for improving processes and customer experience
- Maintain contact with colleagues at the branches and on-site technicians
What we are looking for:
- Vocational (MBO+) level of education and thinking
- Experience with customer contact, sales, or customer service (both by phone and digitally)
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, good command of English
- You are independent, accurate, and commercially minded
- You think proactively and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment
- You have good digital skills and work easily with systems
- Possession of a driver's license is a plus (occasionally you will visit a branch on location)
