There are two ways to enter this location:

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an SMS with a download link for the app. You can also download the app via the App Store or Google Play. Log in with the code you received via SMS. Make sure your Bluetooth and location services are enabled.
Open the app when you are at the entrance and choose the correct door to unlock it. Please note: you must be within 5 metres of the entrance to unlock the door.
There are two types of locks available at this location.
1. You secure your storage unit with your own cylinder lock. If it's your first time, you can pick up a lock in storage unit 710, which is located in the first corridor on the left after entering through the front access door. You will receive three keys. Keep them safe: 1BOX does not have a spare key for your lock.
2. If you have a digital lock, your storage unit opens with the Storage Smart Entry by Nokē app. Once you are at your storage unit, follow these steps:
- Press the button on the digital lock. The light will turn red.
- Open the app, press the number of your storage unit at the bottom left to unlock the door.
- Once the light turns green, you can slide the handle open and open the door.
After use, close the door and slide the handle completely shut. The lock will automatically engage.
