You open your storage unit with the Storage Smart Entry by Nokē app. Once you are at your storage unit, follow these steps:
- Press the button on the digital lock. The light will turn red.
- Open the app, press the number of your storage unit at the bottom left to unlock the door.
- Once the light turns green, you can slide open the handle and open the door.
After use, close the door and slide the handle completely shut. The lock will automatically lock.
At the entrances at the back of the building, you can drive in with your car to load and unload your belongings dry.
Carts are available for you at access door 2. With them, you can easily transport your belongings to your storage unit. Please return the cart after use so other customers can also use it.
There is a toilet available for visitors; through the access door at the front of the building, take the first hallway to the right, and you will find the toilet here.
All storage units are accessible by wheelchair. The toilet is not wheelchair accessible.
With the Noke app, you can open the access doors again to exit.
