You open the access doors with your personal access code. Enter the code on the keypad on the left side of the location. Enter your numerical code and confirm with #.
You lock your storage unit with your own cylinder lock. On your first visit, you can purchase a lock from the machine next to the elevator. Please note, you can only pay by debit card at the machine. You will receive three keys. Keep them safe: 1BOX does not have a spare key for your lock.
The location has 3 floors, consisting of the ground floor and 2 upper floors. You reach the upper floors via the stairs.
At both entrances, you can drive in with your car to load and unload your belongings in a dry area.
Carts are available for you at the access doors. With these, you can easily bring your belongings to your storage unit. Please return the cart after use so other customers can also use it.
