You will find three entrance doors at the front of the building.
You open the entrance doors with your personal access code. Enter the code on the keypad on the green pole, start with *, then the numeric code, and confirm with #.
You lock your storage unit with your own cylinder lock. If it's your first time, you can pick up a lock from the black box at entrance 1, next to the office. You will receive three keys. Keep them safe: 1BOX does not have a spare key for your lock.
The location has 4 floors, consisting of the basement, ground floor, and two upper floors. You can reach the floors via the stairs or with the lift at the left entrance for storage units 1100 to 1300. The other floors are accessible by stairs; for your belongings, there is a freight lift.
At all entrances, you can drive your car inside to load and unload your belongings dry.
Trolleys are available for you at the left entrance door. With these, you can easily bring your belongings to your storage unit. Please return the trolley after use so other customers can also use it.
There is a freight lift. This is only intended for your belongings. You can reach the floor yourself via the stairs. Place your items within the marked area and keep the button for the desired floor pressed until the lift arrives there.
At the left entrance door, there is also a lift for you and your belongings to access storage units 1100 to 1300. To call the lift, press the button on the floor you are currently on. Inside the lift, select the desired floor and keep the button pressed until you hear a loud click. If you release the button earlier, the lift will not continue. Keep the doorway and sensor clear of items.
There is a toilet available for visitors, located at the left entrance door. A toilet is available in the office during office hours.
The storage units on the ground floor are wheelchair accessible. Units 1100 to 1300 are also wheelchair accessible. The other storage units on the upper floors are only accessible via stairs.
