There are four entrance doors at this location. Three at the front and one around the corner from door 3 opposite the Maxi Comfy building.
Entrance 1: directly next to the office to storage units starting with 11/21/31/51
Entrance 2 & 3: to storage units starting with 10 / 20 / 30 / 40
Entrance 4: around the corner from door 3 to storage units starting with 41/51/61
You open the entrance doors with your personal access code. Enter the code on the keypad on the green pole, start with *, then your numeric code, and confirm with #.
You will find your storage unit based on the number:
- Ground floor are all storage units starting with 10 / 20 / 30 / 40
- 1st floor are all storage units starting with 11 / 21 / 31 / 41 / 51 / 61
You lock your storage unit with your own cylinder lock. If it's your first time, you can pick up a lock from the black box at entrance 1.
You will receive three keys. Keep them safe: 1BOX does not have a spare key for your lock.
The location has 2 floors, consisting of the ground floor and 1 upper floor. You reach the upper floor via the stairs and the elevator.
At all entrances, you can drive your car inside to load and unload your belongings dry.
Trolleys are available for you at the entrance. With them, you can easily bring your belongings to your storage unit. Please return the trolley after use so other customers can also use it.
There is an elevator for you and your belongings. To call the elevator, press the button on the floor you are currently on. Inside the elevator, select the desired floor and hold the button until you hear a distinct click. If you release the button sooner, the elevator will not proceed. Keep the doorway and sensor clear of items.
Elevator 1 is located at the entrance in Hall 1, right next to the office. This is the orange lift.
Elevator 2 is located at the entrance in Hall 4. This is a grey-colored elevator. It goes to storage units starting with 41 / 51 / 61. Please note: for storage units starting with 41 and 61, select floor 1; for storage units starting with 51, select floor 2.
There is a toilet available for visitors, located in the stairwell, near storage unit 4010.
All storage units are accessible by wheelchair.
