We have two entrances, the main entrance (Main Entry Door) is a large door where you can drive your car inside up to the elevators. This is located to the right of the parking spaces.
The other entrance (Entry Door 2) is located further to the left, on the side of the building, where you can load and unload your car under cover. The stairs to the first floor are immediately behind this door. You can reach your storage unit via both entrances.
This facility has digital locks that you open with the Storage Smart Entry by Nokē app on your phone.
As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive an SMS with a download link for the app. You can also download the app via the App Store or Google Play. Log in with the code you receive via SMS. Make sure Bluetooth and location services are enabled. Open the app when you are at the entrance and choose the correct door to unlock it. Note: you must be within 5 meters of the entrance to unlock the door.
You can find your storage unit by its number:
- ground floor: numbers starting with 0
- 1st floor: numbers starting with 1
- 2nd floor: numbers starting with 2
- Lockers 1 to 4 on the 1st floor at the back
- Lockers 5 to 19 are on the 1st floor next to the elevator (except 7&8)
- Lockers 20 to 33 + 7 & 8 are on the 2nd floor next to the elevators.
You open your storage unit with the Storage Smart Entry by Nokē app. Once you are at your storage unit, follow these steps:
- Press the button on the digital lock. The light will turn red.
- Open the app, press the number of your storage unit at the bottom left to unlock the door.
- Once the light turns green, you can slide open the handle and open the door.
After use, close the door and slide the handle all the way shut. The lock will automatically engage.
The location has 3 floors, consisting of the ground floor and 2 upper floors. You reach the upper floors via one of the stairs or with the elevators located at the main entrance.
At the main entrance (Main Entry Door) you can drive your car inside to load and unload your belongings dry. The elevators are also here. At Entry Door 2 you can park your car under the canopy to load and unload your belongings dry.
Carts are available for you at both entrances. With these, you can easily transport your belongings to your storage unit. Please return the cart after use so that other customers can also use it.
There is an elevator for you and your belongings at the main entrance. To call the elevator, press the button for the floor you are currently on. In the elevator, select the desired floor and hold the button until you hear a loud click. If you release the button sooner, the elevator will stop. Keep the doorway and sensor clear of belongings. Note, for the 2nd floor you must press 3 in the left elevator.
There is a toilet available for visitors. This is located at the main entrance, to the right of the elevator.
All storage units are accessible by wheelchair.

1BOX Amsterdam-Zuidoost is located at Schepenbergweg 1 in Amsterdam. The location is easily accessible by car and conveniently located near the Holendrecht exit. From the A9, it's about a 1–3 minute drive and from the A10, a 5–10 minute drive, depending on the route and traffic.
Parking spaces are available at the facility. Paid parking applies here Mon-Sat from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Sunday from 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Check the current rates at the parking meter or in your parking app.
