I’m so disappointed. The second time I used the storage, the elevator was stuck and I couldn’t call it, so I had to take the stairs to get out. These lead directly to an emergency door, which I accidentally opened, triggering the alarm. I was then charged an outrageous 185 euros. There are no warning signs on the door, and the layout is quite misleading, making it easy to make this mistake. Overall, the storage itself is okay, but this experience was very frustrating.

Het was heel fijn dat we konden bellen !! Zodat we een box konden krijgen op 1 e paasdag , ook ter plaatse nog overleg gehad , jammer was wel dat de beloofde transport karretjes ontbraken!!
Ik heb 8 maanden lang twee units gehuurd bij 1Box en ben ontzettend tevreden. De klantenservice is uitstekend bereikbaar en ze staan je altijd vriendelijk te woord. De medewerker op locatie heeft mij eveneens heel goed geholpen. De service is van begin tot eind professioneel en soepel verlopen. Zoek je een betrouwbare plek voor je spullen? Goede opslag . Locatie ook prima. Goed geholpen omdat op dezelfde dag van opslag nog van ruimte moest worden verwisseld. 05-02 -2026.Automatische incasso was gestorneerd. Waarom was niet te achterhalen bij de bank. Handmatig overgemaakt. Pers. gegevens aangepast. Dus 10 euro extra moeten betalen vanwege stornering. Wat mij verbaasd is dat er steeds wisselende prijzen op de website staan?

Heel fijn bedrijf. Na aanleiding van informatie invullen op de website ben ik terug gebeld door een medewerker. Heel fijn gesprek en hele goede service. Ze denken echt mee en adviseren de beste box wat betreft de grote. Per 1 april heb ik er een gehuurd en ben tot zover heel positief.

Meer hulpmiddelen zoals steekwagens beschikbaar stellen. Ik dacht dat je met de auto tot aan de opslagbox kon komen. Dat bleek niet het geval. Met grote stukken (2 persoons boxspring) de lange gangen doorlopen met beperkte transportmiddelen bleek een opgave.
