You lock your storage unit with your own cylinder lock. If it's your first time, you can pick up a lock from the black box at the side entrance of the building. For your outdoor unit, you use a padlock.
You will receive three keys. Keep them safe: 1BOX does not have a spare key for your lock.
At entrance 1, you can drive your car inside to load and unload your belongings dry. At entrance 2, on the right side of the building, there is space for multiple cars simultaneously to load and unload dry.
Trolleys are available for you at entrance 1, immediately on the right side. At entrance 2, they are halfway down the driveway. With these, you can easily transport your belongings to your storage unit. Please return the trolley after use so other customers can also use it.
There is a toilet available for visitors, next to the office, between unit 120-125.
All storage units are wheelchair accessible. The toilet is not wheelchair accessible.
Press the black button next to the door to open it.
By car, you can reverse out of entrance 1.
At entrance 2, you can drive straight through to the exit on the right. At the cabinet near storage unit 101, you can press the up arrow to open the access door so you can drive out of the building.
