You'll find the entrance behind the gate. Drive onto the premises; there are two entrances here.
- Entrance 1: on the left side of the building is an access door where you can load and unload indoors. The elevator is also here.
- Entrance 2: at the front of the building is an access door.

This facility has digital locks that you open with the Smart-Access Manager app on your phone.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an SMS with a download link for the app. You can also download the app via the App Store or Google Play. Log in with the code you receive via SMS. Make sure your Bluetooth and location services are turned on.

You open your storage unit with the Smart-Access Manager app. Once you are at your storage unit, follow these steps:
- Open the Smart-Access Manager app and select your storage unit.
- Press ‘open’ to unlock the lock. You can now open the door.
Close the door after use. It will lock automatically.
The location has 3 levels: the ground floor and 2 upper floors. You reach the floors via the stairs or the elevator at the side door.
At the side entrance on the left side of the building, you can park your car under the canopy to load and unload your belongings dry.
Carts are available for you near the elevator. With them, you can easily bring your belongings to your storage unit. Please return the cart after use so other customers can also use it.
There is an elevator for you and your belongings at the side entrance. To call the elevator, press the button on the floor where you are currently located. In the elevator, select the desired floor and hold the button until you hear a loud click. If you release the button sooner, the elevator will not proceed. Keep the doorway and sensor clear of any items.
There is a toilet available for visitors. It is located near the entrance at the front of the building; walk straight ahead, and the toilet will be on your left.
All storage units are accessible by wheelchair.
Please note: some lockers are a bit higher. If you want to rent a locker, please contact us at 036–2024013, so we can ensure the locker is accessible for you.
