At 1BOX Utrecht, you can find:

Once you've passed through the gate, there are 2 roller doors at the front of the building. The small green door leads directly to the elevator to go to the 1st floor. Through the large door, you can drive in with your car for covered loading and unloading.
At the back of the building, you can access the outdoor boxes via the gate at Nebraskadreef.
You open the gate and access doors with your personal access code. Enter the code on the keypad, start with *, then your numeric code, and confirm with #.
You lock your storage unit with your own cylinder lock. If it's your first time, you can pick up a lock from the black box next to the large entrance door. You will receive three keys. Keep them safe: 1BOX does not have a spare key for your lock. For the outdoor boxes, you use a padlock.
The location has 2 floors, consisting of the ground floor and 1 upper floor. You reach the upper floor via the stairs and the elevator.
At this location, 2 Freetrailer trailers are available. Download the Freetrailer app to check availability and book a trailer.
You can use the trailer for 3 hours free of charge. For advance reservations, longer use, and any other options, costs may apply. View the current rates and conditions in the Freetrailer app.
At the large entrance door, you can drive in with your car to load and unload your belongings indoors.
Trolleys are available for you at the large entrance door. With these, you can easily bring your belongings to your storage unit. Please return the trolley after use so other customers can also use it.
There is an elevator for you and your belongings, which you will find immediately behind the small entrance door on the right. To call the elevator, press the button for the floor you are currently on. In the elevator, select the desired floor and hold the button until you hear a distinct click. If you release the button earlier, the elevator will not proceed. Keep the doorway and sensor clear of items.
There is a toilet available for visitors; at the large entrance door, go right, you will see signs there. Go right twice and then straight ahead, where you will find the toilet.
All storage units are accessible by wheelchair. The toilet is not wheelchair accessible.
Press the push button next to the door to open it.
To exit through the gate, you can press a green button on the wall (on the left side as you look at the gate) of the building (to the right of the charging station) to open the gate. If you are by car, the gate will open automatically when you are close to it. Note that the red push button at the gate is a stop button, not to open the gate!

During your visit, you can park for free in the visitor parking spaces on our premises. These are on the left side; the parking spaces on the right are rented spots and not for visitors.
