There are two entrances for our customers. You will find entrance 1 next to the office at the front. Entrance 2 is located on the side of the facility.
You open the access doors with your personal access code. Enter the code on the keypad on the green pole. Start with *, then your numerical code and confirm with #.
You lock your storage unit with your own cylinder lock. If it's your first time, you can pick up a lock from the black box near the office. You will receive three keys. Keep them safe: 1BOX does not have a spare key for your lock.
The facility has 2 floors, consisting of the ground floor and 1 upper floor. You reach the upper floor via the stairs and the elevator.
At both entrances, you can drive in with your car to load and unload your belongings dry.
Trolleys are available for you at entrance 1. With these, you can easily transport your belongings to your storage unit. Please return the trolley after use so other customers can use it as well.
There is an elevator for you and your belongings. To call the elevator, press the button on the floor you are currently on. Inside the elevator, select the desired floor and hold the button until you hear a distinct click. If you release the button earlier, the elevator will stop. Keep the doorway and sensor clear of items.
There is a toilet available for visitors, located behind the office upon entering.
All storage units are accessible by wheelchair. The toilet is not wheelchair accessible.
