You will find the entrance on the left side of the building; the office is also here. There are two access doors.
You open the access door with your personal access code. Enter the code on the keypad at the door, start with *, then the numeric code, and confirm with #.
You open your storage unit with the StorID app. As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive an SMS with a download link for the app. You can also download the app via the App Store or Google Play. Log in with the code you receive via SMS. Make sure your Bluetooth and location services are turned on.
Once you are at your storage unit, follow these steps:
- Press the lock button briefly until the light turns blue.
- Open the app. A green arrow will appear.
- Drag the arrow to the right to unlock the lock.
After use, close the door and slide the latch all the way shut to close your storage unit.

At both access doors, you can drive your car inside to load and unload your belongings dry. The elevator is located at the right access door.

The storage units on the ground floor are accessible by wheelchair. The storage units on the upper floors are only accessible via stairs.
