Payment
You pay your rent by direct debit, around the 27th of each month. The amount must be received by us before the first of the month.
Please note: if we are unable to collect, we will charge €10 cancellation costs. After a few days, we will block your access code, and in extreme cases, we will have to vacate your unit.
Are you having payment problems? Don’t worry, contact us. We will look for a solution together.
Cancellation
You can cancel your unit at any time in writing, with a notice period of 15-45 days. Make sure that you return the storage space empty and swept clean on the end date. Did you pay too much? Then we will refund the difference.
Please note: we cannot accept waste. Goods that you no longer need can be returned to a municipal location yourself.
Rent increase
