The route from Dokkum to our location in Groningen is direct and easy to follow, so you're at your storage unit within about three quarters of an hour.
By car
From Dokkum you drive south via the N356, also known as Centrale As, toward the city of Groningen. You continue your route toward the A7. Once you've arrived at the city of Groningen, you follow the ring road to the southeastern part of the city. Our location on De Hallen is on an easily accessible business park on this side of Groningen. This means you don't have to maneuver through the narrow streets of the center, and you can easily park right in front of the door to load and unload your belongings.
By public transport
From the bus station in Dokkum you can use the fast bus connections toward Leeuwarden or directly toward Groningen, depending on the current schedule. When you arrive at the main station in Groningen, you can transfer to a local bus line that runs toward the southeastern business park. Get off at the stop near De Hallen, after which it's only a short walk to our building. Although most customers choose the car to transport their belongings, the location is therefore also perfectly reachable by public transport for a quick check of your unit.
Local landmarks
If you're leaving from surrounding villages such as Damwâld or Metslawier, you first drive toward Dokkum and take the main roads toward Groningen from there. If you're coming from the direction of Holwerd, you follow the provincial roads to Dokkum and join the route south there. As soon as you approach the Groningen ring road, you'll see the signs for the business parks on the south side, which lead you straight to our secure and well-lit storage location.
