Our location in Groningen is very quick to reach from Assen and the surrounding villages. Thanks to its favorable position relative to the main roads, you're at your rented storage unit in no time to drop off or pick up belongings.
By car
From Assen you easily drive onto the A28 in the direction of Groningen. You follow this highway to the Julianaplein interchange, where you take the exit toward the east ring road. Keep following the signs toward the business parks in the southeastern part of the city. The travel time from the center of Assen is usually less than half an hour, provided the traffic around the ring road allows it. Once you're off the highway, you drive straight onto the site where our location at De Hallen is situated.
By public transport
If you're coming by public transport, you can take the direct intercity or sprinter train from Assen Station to Groningen's main station. From the station in Groningen you can use several bus lines that run toward the southeastern business park. Get off at the stop closest to De Hallen, after which it's only a few minutes' walk to our entrance. The location is also easy to reach from the station by shared bike for a short visit.
Local landmarks
If you're coming from the direction of Marsdijk or Peelo, you can take the on-ramp to the A28 directly for the fastest route. Residents of surrounding places such as Bovensmilde or Rolde are best off first driving toward the Assen ring road, where they can join the highway to the north. As soon as you drive into Groningen via the southern approach roads, our storage location is near well-known commercial zones, so we're always easy to find without you having to drive deep into the busy city center.
