I strongly advise not to do business with this company. They almost doubled my monthly fee after being a customer for years now. They have no love or connection with long term clients. it is just a money grab company who would raise your costs and force you to pay up without any customer appreciation. I was a happy customer with the previous owners. But now that 1box took over it has been a disaster!!

I had a great experience renting this storage unit. The place was clean, secure, and easy to access. Communication was smooth and professional, and everything went exactly as promised. I felt confident leaving my belongings here and would definitely rent again in the future. Highly recommended!

Werkt goed, maar moest naar een andere locatie om sleutel op te halen/ contract te tekenen. De 1 euro voor de eerste maand die wordt beloofd, bleek later alleen voor de 3e maand te gelden??!!! Nergens kleine lettertjes waar dit in staat. Dit is mijn inziens niet correct en juist, doe je een toezegging (zonder kleine lettertjes), dan moet je die na komen. Zelfs als ik opzeg staat in de mail "Bovendien ontvang je als klant van 1BOX altijd de eerste maand gratis!" No way!!! De z.g.n. passende oplossing is passend voor 1 box, niet voor mij! Ik heb geen vertrouwen meer in de partij en haal mijn spullen op!

By the way the manager promised me the insurance would take care of it because she was convinced it was a robbery - neigbours complained about having empty boxes left behind in their storage box that did not belong to them. Despite this the incident was poorly communicated to the insurance company. Resulting in the insurance rufusing to pay.
