Prima boxen! Fijne service van de vriendelijke medewerkster Stephanie

During the 1st visit I was explained total cost. Because I am a foreigner I had - twice - problem with proper (accepted) payment method. Even though, during 3rd visit at last it was success. The "fellow" (clerk) who arranged the rental agreement is friendly and helpful. Even though I don't speak dutch he speaks also english, so if not for him I would have never rented a box. I appreciate that! The company itself has the website also in english (not dutch only), so that is very appreciated as well. By the way, I was taken to a box to be rented, so I had a glance at it's "shape", dimensions... I need one among smaller spaces, so knowing the shape will match that was useful, helpful as well.

Tom heeft me heel goed geholpen met het laten zien van 2 verschillende opslagruimtes om tot het juiste m2 te komen. En daarna de reservering in orde gemaakt, super!

Het ontvangst en enthousiasme van de dame op deze locatie was echt ontzettend leuk en goed. Ze doet echt haar best en denk goed mee met de wensen van de klant. Zeker een aanrader!
