I’m so disappointed. The second time I used the storage, the elevator was stuck and I couldn’t call it, so I had to take the stairs to get out. These lead directly to an emergency door, which I accidentally opened, triggering the alarm. I was then charged an outrageous 185 euros. There are no warning signs on the door, and the layout is quite misleading, making it easy to make this mistake. Overall, the storage itself is okay, but this experience was very frustrating.
