During the 1st visit I was explained total cost.

Because I am a foreigner I had – twice – problem with proper (accepted) payment method.
Even though, during 3rd visit at last it was success.

The “fellow” (clerk) who arranged the rental agreement is friendly and helpful.
Even though I don’t speak dutch he speaks also english, so if not for him I would have never rented a box. I appreciate that!
The company itself has the website also in english (not dutch only), so that is very appreciated as well.

By the way, I was taken to a box to be rented, so I had a glance at it’s “shape”, dimensions… I need one among smaller spaces, so knowing the shape will match that was useful, helpful as well.
