Ms. Marilena Serban helped me with a case that no one else could help me with! I called one box for 4 months and each time someone promised me a solution to my situation and a refund of the money that had been taken from my account by some employee’s mistake. Unfortunately they have not been refunded after many calls to various employees. Ms Marilena took all day to help me solve my problem and as promised the money was returned! Ms Marilena is a very good employee who listens and cares about the customer and helps them as best she can!
