My storage box was emptied by thieves. Since they entered from above, there were no signs of forced entry so the insurance refused to pay. Over €2,500 worth of belongings was stolen. Despite this, Box1 made no improvements to secure the space. As a result, a second and third robbery occurred and everything was stolen again!
