Role
1Box Self Storage | The Netherland’s fastest growing self-storage brand! Providing a best-in-class product and customer experience! As Asset & Development assistant you will assist the Asset & Development Manager in several technical projects of both existing properties or developments. Assist in timely and accurate Asset & Development Management reporting.
Main responsibilities
- Support on technical (development) projects for Asset & Development manager and the 1BOX team
- Drafting approval requests and issuing assignments
- Point of contact for suppliers and internal organization regarding project (planning)
- Checking and filing documents
- Working with Asset Management system
- Creating and maintaining standards, processes and templates
- Assist manager in drafting/updating, monitoring, preparing and working out CAPEX (MJOP) budgets
- Monitoring and directing progress of allocated maintenance budgets/MJOPs and associated planning, performing administrative tasks and adjusting forecasts where necessary with the aim of realizing the activities within the timeframe and allocated budget
- Assist manager in prepare, monitor and present periodic reports, progress and presentations (budgets and realized objectives)

- Experience & Educational Background
Experience & Educational Background
Experience from:
- Experience with working in a technical/facility environment
- Experienced user in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Fluent in Dutch and English
Educational background
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical/facility direction.
